Papa, We Miss You.

Dear papa, it's been 6 years since the day you left us.

i miss the time when we all wait for you to be home at 6 and have dinner together, go for family outings, and a lot more things that we always do together.

so how have you been doing? i hope you are doing well under god's embrace. you dont have to worry bout us, mom is slowly letting go of the business, but she's doing well, Big sis is now in peru, she's now running a fish farm, i think..XD..small sis also running her own business, selling body kits and custom made services, how good if you were still here papa, maybe we can talk about custom made our own cars eh?=)..

papa dont have to worry bout me too, i'm now studying Diploma in aircraft maintenance engineering, and by this week, will go to airasia to sit for exam, if everything runs smoothly, i will be able to succeed in my dream..=)..

i still remember that when you are free, you'll always bring me to petaling street to look at all the different gadgets, and explain to me how does the different parts of the car works, and repair the nissan datsun. although the car is no longer around, but the memories which we repair it together will always remain in me.=).

Dear papa, although you can no longer be with us, me, mom, big sis and small sis will miss you always. although you cant reply me, but i know you'll be able to listen because you are watching over us, so happy father's day Papa!=)..

Melaka Trip Day 1 *continue*..

ok..continue from the previous post..after we had our dinner..we dont know how to go to eye of malaysia..and in a place that we are not familiar with..that's what i called hell of an experience..XD..

previously before we went to the restaurant, we sort of pass by the eye of malaysia as we are on the way. so we headed that way..and because my gps didnt update the location of the eye of malaysia, we kept on turning round and round nearby the place as we didnt know how to get there..=S.. but eventually, we did found our way there..=D

haha, first thing we did is take a picture..=D..

well, that's all for now, the next post will be how our journey eventually ended the next day..=)..

Melaka Trip Day 1

yup, here's another holiday of mine..=D..it seems like i had been going on holiday for quite a number of times lately..XD..but one thing is for sure, holiday does make ur stresses go away..=)..

we started our trip at around 9..we go and have breakfast at the nearest mamak and hit the highway at about 9.30. i'm having a lot of fun driving to melaka, anyone who knows me well will know that i love to drive long distance roads..=D..

so with the GPS constantly telling me to keep my speed below 110km/h, we reached melaka at around 11. and immediatly we saw something familiar..=)..

A TRICYCLE, how long has it been since i last saw one..

so continue to the plan, we decided to go buy midnight tickets for the movie "terminator : salvation", ya, came to melaka and the first place we go is a shopping complex, that doesnt sound right isnt it?

but no matter, after we bought our tickets, which cost us 10 bucks and the showing time is 11.45pm..=D. next place we went is to slightly fill up our tummies before heading to the hotel.=D.

got quite a lot of choices, but the taste is just so so..

if this isnt cute, i dont know what is..

the hotel is located 2 km away from here, so without wasting any precious time, we headed towards that direction. because we only booked one room (on purpose..XD), only me and KenKen showed up in the check in counter, to avoid looking suspicious because our intention is to fit 8 person in a room..=P..

okay, so we manage to get ourselves checked in, after leaving our luggages in the room, we went walking around looking for souveniers..=D..but unfortunately we have to leave kenken behind because he's having a terrible headache..haiz..sick is the last thing u want to happen in ur holidays..

well, we didnt found any nice stuffs, but we found the chicken rice shop that everyone is talking about..=D..the chicken rice is in a ball shape form, which they said taste very very good..

the meal cost about RM6 after divided, which might sound a bit expensive than the normal chicken rice, but it taste really good and does worth the price in my opinion. and the phrase that remains famous in our gang, " once in awhile is okay"..XD.

Then we walked further down the street and went to "san shu gong" to buy some local delights for our family..=)..

what's coming up next? of course is the not to be forgotten..Chendol!! with gula melaka on it, it taste just fabulous..=D..but one thing when u ordered, just tell them to be light on the gula melaka, the time when i eat, they put too much and the taste is spoilt..=(..

are you craving for it? i am..=D..

so now you are in melaka at 6 pm and you are wondering what you can do? wander no more, because you can always go to the jonker street to walk around and probably buy something..=)..

so the next destination is a nyonya restaurant which william said the food is very nice..=D..so i set the location in my gps and off we go..=D..on our way there, we saw the eye of malaysia, and we thought, why not go there later?=D.. so putting a new destination in our trip list, we went and have our dinner first..=).

so here we are in restaurant ole sayang.=D

the meal is very nice and be sure to try their nyonya chicken, it's my favourite of all dishes there..=D..and we learnt later is that the eye of malaysia closed at 11 pm, and guess what's the time on the clock, it's 10.30 and we dont know how to go there..

The World Is Getting Smaller

althought it's not just recently that the world is getting smaller, but not far away in the near future, the world will be smaller to everyone..=D..

all thanks to airasia just recently announced in the paris air show that they had ordered 10 brand new A350's..=D..

this post is mainly just to congrats airasia in taking another further by getting this 10 new babies that worth a total of USD 2.4 billion..=D..now indeed, everyone can fly eXtra long..=D..

oh ya, bout the Cadet Pilot selection first stage, most probably it will next weekend..so best of luck to me..=D..and moving on to the next post..*typing*..

No Difference?

of course, i wouldnt type a thousand words out now, i'll just make it a brief one. just by looking at it at a glance, u might not see any difference. but when you drove closer, it's like looking at a supermodel and ugly betty.

Proton, please dont always come out with cars that looks like other. maybe you can ask Sony how they do it? "like.no.other". really..even the exora looks a bit like Toyota W*sh..so, start to have a mind of your own and design a car like no other.

and i do hope that the new QA will do a good job..=)..then maybe in future time, perhaps people will start saying, "hey, proton is really doing well now, i even trade in my toyota vios for proton persona."

Taiwan Day 3 & 4..=D..*EnD*

it's day 3 now in taiwan, luckily i slept quite well because today will be another big day to explore this marvellous country. but before we move on, i would like to introduce you the motel i lived in..here's a photo of it..

yup, the wall of the toilet is made of glass, with a curtain if you do not wish to have someone looking at you while you are taking a bath.XD..they call it a "car motel", i guess it's mainly for newlyweds or somesort..

after we checked out, we are now heading towards Taichung, the centre of taiwan.=).. because Master Lu Sheng Yen, is having a talk dis afternoon, so we are now heading towards that place. 

another familiar sight, i wonder what's that person thinking when he bought this car..maybe he's having a hard time to choose between a honda civic and proton gen-2, "hmm..honda is more expensive, it have a 2.0 litre engine, so fuel consumption is higher than gen-2, that's not good, besides, proton came from a nearer country than the honda, it should be more reliable, because here in taiwan honda civic is used as taxi, unlike the gen-2 which is more unique..."

okok, enough of the proton discussion..XD..back to our journey, so now we are here in the building where the talk is held.

after the talk, the organizer arrange some "light" refreshment for us. =D

when the event is finished, it's already 3 pm, haiz, in less than 24 hours, i'll be back in malaysia. althought we didnt visit much of taiwan's popular places, but no matter, because the main reason is to attend the praying ceremony. but no matter, in less than a year, i'll come to this country again..=D..

because we are in Taichung now, and the airport is in Tao Yuan, so we have to find a motel near the airport so we wont miss the flight incase we overslept..XD..the other way of transport other than the taxi would be the train, the next destination.."TRAIN STATION".=D

the time taken for us to reached the motel is around 2 and a half hours. what really surprises me is the bus driver, before he start driving, he'll speak thru the intercom like a pilot, "Good Evening ladies and gentleman, i'm your driver for this route..." in mandarin of course..=D..and they drove really carefully, which gives us a peace of mind..=)..

we reached tao yuan around 7 pm, we checked in as fast as we could, and started.."FOOD HUNTING"!!..=D

do you know what is the best food to eat when the temperature outside now is 22 degrees celcius and breezing? =D..

this is the answer to that question..=D..it's oyster soup cooked with ginger. the soup is so nice and oyster are very sweet..=D..it warms your body after you drink it..damn..i miss it so much..

the night market.=D..because we couldnt go to taipei, and go to the best night market in taiwan, we just go to a smaller version one..=D..one i say small, it's not exactly small..it's around 4 times bigger than the one in Kelana Jaya.=).

one of the good traits i think malaysian should follow, you know the chopstick with wrappers? after you take the chopstick out, you can just put it in this clip thing, so afterwards the waiter will throw it away..that's also why, you wont see much trash laying around on the road.=D..

sorry, no more photos of the night market, because both hands are full with foods..XD..so that conclude the night market section..XD..and we went back to the motel after gaining another few kilo..zz.

now it's the morning again..time to get packed and go to the airport..

believe it or not, it's 5.45 am now..

time to check in now..haiz..time passes too fast..how i wish i could stay here for another few more days..

after this trip, i only have one thing to say,
