Taiwan day 2..=D

as usual, it's been awhile since the last time i update my blog. mainly because i was a bit lazy..=P..and the second reason is the "wonderful" internet service i'm using, it's so slow that i'll become an old man before the photos could be uploaded. a lot has been happening since the last time i post, me and my frens went to melaka, learnt how to make a dumpling..all will be publish after i finished with my taiwan trip post..XD..

ok, let's continue on day 2 in taiwan..=D..

it's morning now and the weather in taiwan now is just perfect, not too sunny and there's breeze..

below is a photo when we walk around the town, it's a small town compared with taipei, and less people as well. but now is time for some food hunting.=D..the hotel provided us with coupons to get sum mcdonald breakfast for free, but heck, i did not come all the way from malaysia to taiwan to eat mcd. so we walk around to see what we can find..=).

something in this photo reminds me of malaysia..yup, it's the car, it's a proton arena..i heard that the build quality of protons is way better compared with our local ones, who knows? could be real..o.O..

My breakfast of the day, the black soya bean is really nice..=D..

a local street, it's a total different experience being a different country..=D.

After our breakfast, we went to get our free Mcdonald breakfast set. and to my surprise, the mcdonald in taiwan is not like the one we have in malaysia, they serve pork hamburgers..=D..and they do have something that they dont serve, which is something we malaysians cant eat without.."chilli sauce"..when i asked for chilli sauce, the waitress looked at me as though i'm speaking alien language.=.=:..but i forgave her because she looks kinda cute..XD..

i bet you dont get this in malaysia.=D

then we all went to the temple for the praying ceremony, it's located on the hill, luckily there's buses that will bring us there. 

the statue is bigger than it looks..=).

that's me..=)..and i'm 180cm, guess how tall is the statue..XD

that's the temple, do you see the amount of people? there's so many people that i feel suffocated somtimes..

afterwards, we all get ourselves seated and wait for the ceremony to open, sorry that there's not much photo for the ceremony because i was concentrating in it..XD..the ceremony last till around 8 pm, which is kinda late to walk down the hill now, luckily there's a kind woman who offered us a lift to our motel..thanks a lot.=D..to me, most of the taiwanese are very polite, which is one of the main reason that makes me love taiwan..=D.

later that night, we walked around to get something to eat before we go for bed. and guess what we stumbled on..

"TAROYAKIS"!!

it's basically a ball shape thing which have a piece of octopus inside it..and it cost just NT40. that's very cheap, in malaysia, it cost RM4.30 to get just 3 piece.

it's makes tummy growl isn it?XD

Papaya milk drink, one of the must try in taiwan. buy it at night and you'll get it at a cheaper price..=P.

before heading back to the hotel, we dropped by at the nearest 7-11 to get some food in case we get hungry at mid night..=D..and i'm surprised again..look at all the choices of food they have, not to be mean, but if compared again with the ones we have back in our home. our's look like pathetic.XD.

yup, it's an internet cafe, i know what you are thinking, "what the?", if ours could be this nice, surfing the web in an internet cafe will be enjoyable. and they really do have a cafe at the end of the shop, unlike the one near my house, all they have is a softdrink vending machine..XD..

then we all went back to get our rest and preparing for another big day tomorrow..=D..

alritez, that concludes my second day in taiwan..=D..time to go to class now..
