Road Trip 2009 Day 1

just so you all know,

it's actually 2nd of march when i'm typing this post..=P..

so far, life in college is pretty good, and it's coming to and end

pretty soon..

it's now december 4th, 6pm in the morning,

me and classmates are going for a journey up north to

pulau langkawi for LIMA2009.=D

was a bit reluctant to wake up in the first place..lol..

sean still hugging his pillow..lol..

and so we are off,

well, we didnt took any photos on the way to ipoh..

so..here you go..

and there's my car..was a bit worried

that it might not make it

because of some awful past experience..which you

can refer to here..

and here's an interesting shop..

and so here we are in the Dim Sum shop.=)

first up is the cha siew pau..=)..

nice..

chee cheong fun..=)

egg tart..this is a must try..=)

dunno what is this called,

it got prawn in it..lol

fish cake or sumthing like that..=)

this is quite special, it's with cucumber, chicken meat

floss, sum mayo wrapped in sum sort

of popiah skin. taste kinda nice.=)

then after, we went to a shop,

which have the authentic

ipoh white coffee,

as i was told by sean..lol

natural smile which can only be

taken with candid shot..=)

it taste real good,

the taste is really good..=D

after that, we went to jusco ipoh

to walk around,

and i bought a rear shade for my car,

as i heard some "complaints" from

the rear passengers having a

hard time with sun shining thru

the back of the car..=.=:

and we are on our way..=)

sean: "are we there yet?"

18km till the Penang Bridge exit.=)

i'm a law abiding driver..;-)..stick with

the speed limit.

or rather, i'm not that confident with my car

going beyond 110km/h..lol

but then Penang Island is our last destination in the

road trip,

so we straight away skipped penang,

and went straight to Kedah.=)

and next destination is to eat..=D..

belacan asparagus.

tofu with mixed vegetables.=)

soy sauce chicken or sumthin..lol

and it's all gone in 15 minutes..=D
